The supreme leading body of the Club is the General Assembly.
Within the Club there are three specialized committees: technical committee, historical committee and sports committee.
The Technical Committee consists of members with technical studies and its main concerns are checking the validity of the Periodic Technical Inspection on the documents of the historic vehicles that take part in the club’s events, deployment of technical inspection sessions to determine the functioning status and the technical compliance of historic vehicles according to FIVA regulations, establishing applied procedures for technical inspections. The Technical Division draws the Technical Regulation which contains technical rules, by which the club carry its activities. Technical Division Administrator: Sorin Ghiuș

The Historical Committee consists of members with a constant care upon auto historiography and technique or the ones who have a publishing activity in the domain of historic vehicles. This division elaborates documentation and prepares specific materials to be presented in the media and on the Club’s web-site, takes care of the producing and storing photo and video materials in the Club’s events or other associations with the same profile, where the Club representatives participated. The Sports Committee consists of members who deal with the organization of sport events concerning historic vehicles and the preparation of vehicles for this purpose, following the safety and technical elements from the vehicle construction era. The Sports Division prepares, for the club events, all the crew’s necessary materials (tracks for the skill tests, the route, board tablets and road books), they deal with the inscription of competing vehicles and locations with advertising materials shared by the Club’s sponsors, arrange the start/finish points.
